Nobody wants to quote their competition, especially when they're asking for a quote and they show repair capability on the same part. To alleviate this situation, we have added a new feature to our RFQ system that flags RFQs with a "Caution" icon from competing repair centers that show repair capability on the same parts they are also requesting pricing. Now when you open an email RFQ from The 145, or you go directly into The 145 RFQ Inbox, you will see a "Caution" icon informing you that your competitor is asking for pricing on a part they also show repair capability.
Just one more way The 145 is striving to make your user experience the best it can be.
